Welcome Grassy Knoll Institute surfers to the 2012 Halloween Dark Zone “Best Halloween Costume” contest. For 2012, we added several new categories including Sexiest Super Girl, Sexiest Super hero, Best Body Paint Art, Best Lady Joker, Sexiest Nurse, Sci-Fi, and of course the General Halloween costume.
