The Queen of England stepped out to celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a ceremonial appearance at Buckingham Palace wearing an Irish green dress designed by Irish clothing designers.

    She looks quite fetching in the green. Usually, she looks kinda doughty, but she actually looks soft and feminine in that outfit. Kudos to the Queen.
